| Moringa/Baobab Lasagna |
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds organic ground beef/Turkey/Korum
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 crushed garlic clove
3 to 4 sliced mushrooms
2 cups cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp Moringa/Baobab supplement
16 ounces organic mozzarella cheese
8 ounce package of organic lasagna noodles
2 of the 6 ounce cans organic tomato paste
28 ounce can organic tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Parsley
Pepper, Oregano, Basil.
Preparation
Cook and rinse the noodles.
Brown ground filler, with onions, garlic and mushrooms while pasta cooks.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, herbs.
Add herbs and seasoning to your taste.
Simmer 40 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese, 2 Tbsp Moringa/Baobab supplement and egg.
Grate mozzarella cheese
Arrange layers of the noodles, cottage cheese mixture, sauce and cheese in a baking pan. Be sure to end with a cheese layer on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and let sit for 15 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
Wild Harvest Moringa Brownies
Servings
Approximately 24 brownies
Ingredients
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup unbleached white pastry flour
1 Tsp baking powder
1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
6 tablespoons melted chocolate mix
2/3 cup organic honey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 Tbsp Moringa or Baobab supplement
3 Tbsp milk/soya milk
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup carob or chocolate chips
1/2 cup golden raisins
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
2. In a medium bowl, sift or whisk together the flours and baking powder.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the 1/4 pound of butter with the honey until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl after each addition. Beat in the vanilla and blend well.
4. In a small bowl, combine the Moringa/Baobab supplement with the melted butter and the milk. Pour into the honey mixture, blending well. Whisk in the flour mixture until smooth. Stir in the walnuts, carob chips and raisins.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Let cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into bars.
Wild Harvest Moringa/Baobab Ciabatta
Ingredients
20 ounces of strong white flour,
virgin olive oil, salt, fresh yeast,
sugar.
Preparation
1. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 ounce of fresh yeast into 1/4 pint of warm water.
2. In a separate large bowl, place the 20 ounces of strong white flour,. Add the fresh yeast mixture and 1/2 ounce of Moringa/Baobab Health supplement to the flour and mix well.
3. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt into 1/4 pint of warm water. Add this to the flour mixture and mix well.
4. Add 3 Tbsp of virgin olive oil and beat well.
5. Cover the large bowl with a plate. Let the dough rise for three hours.
6. Grease a large baking sheet. Gently remove the dough from the large bowl and place it on the greased baking sheet.
7. Sprinkle a little flour over the dough. Let it sit on the baking sheet for another 30 minutes so it can continue to rise.
8. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Form the dough in the desired shape for baking. Place the bread in the oven and let it bake for 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before slicing.
Moringa/Baobab Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients
1/3 cup oatmeal
2 or 3 egg whites scrambled
2 Tbsp Moringa/Baobab supplement
1/2 Tsp baking soda
dash of pumpkin pie spice
1/8 Tsp sweet-n-low brown
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and allow mixture to thicken for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour onto preheated frying pan or griddle. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Garnish with fresh strawberries or sugar free syrup. Makes 2 servings.
Wild Harvest Moringa Banana Power Breakfast
Ingredients
½ Litre of water/soya milk
4-6 ice cubes
2 Tbsp Moringa/Baobab supplement
1 banana
¾ cups oatmeal
Preparation
Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute.
Pour into a tall glass.
Wild Harvest Moringa Raspberry Blast Shake
Ingredients
½ Litre of water/juice/soya milk
4-6 ice cubes
2 Tbsp Wild Harvest Pharma Mojoba Health supplement
chocolate extract
8 raspberries
Preparation
Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass.
